David Jevans, MSc.
David Jevans, MSc. is the Chief Executive Officer of
IronKey, based in Los
Altos, California and is
a member of the Department of Homeland Security ID Theft
Technology Consortium.
Dave is also the Chairman and Founder of the
Anti-Phishing Working
Group, the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating
identity theft and fraud on the Internet. The APWG has over 1,500 member
companies and agencies worldwide. Membership is limited to banks and
other financial institutions, ISPs, law enforcement agencies, and
security technology vendors.
He is a recognized industry expert in Internet security and online
fraud. His distinguished career in Internet security includes
executive management positions at
Tumbleweed
Communications (NASDAQ: TMWD), Valicert (NASDAQ: VLCT),
Teros (since acquired by Citrix, NASDAQ: CTXS),
and Differential.
He is
intimately familiar with all phases of high-tech company lifecycle
including startup, mergers and acquisitions, IPO and being publicly
traded. In addition, he has served in operational and management roles
at Apple Computer, Catapult, and Differential.
Dave is
