Frederick W. Gaston, J.D.

Frederick W. Gaston, J.D. of Gaston & Gaston is based in Southern California. His team’s shared mission is to become the leading business litigation firm in the state of California.
 
Before his current position, Fred worked in Naval intelligence as a Chinese linguist and then moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego School of Law.
 
He now works as a business attorney where human fertilization, genetics, new energy, medicine, and biotechnology is the business. The future advancements in these often controversial fields will have a profound effect on transhumanism, our legal landscape, and all global culture.
 
Fred earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the Chaminade University of Honolulu in 1999. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree at the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. He received a Joint Service Achievement Award from the U.S. Air Force in 1999 and a Joint Service Achievement Award from the U.S. Navy in 2000.
